This vinyl design is concept art I created for the album Friends that Break Your Heart, by James Blake. Challenging the conventional “sad break up album” subject matter, these songs reveal the emotional struggles of life, status, and the coming and going of seasons and friendships, a feeling of tension that I wanted to emulate through my design.
